FAQs
Still have questions?
-
It always starts with a free phone call or virtual meeting. We talk about your business, the challenges you’re facing and what unanswered questions you have in your business.
These conversations have been valuable for business owners as we start with questions to understand. These help you gain clarity of where answers could lie in your business to your unanswered questions. This process also helps determine whether a discovery process is warranted.
-
This process is used to unpack different data inside your business. As business data experts, we often uncover ‘gold’ inside your existing software platforms where data resides. In Discovery, we have a defined output of actionable insights and metrics that you can leverage for your business going forward.
-
Certainly depends on the outcome of discovery. It’s typically 1 of 2 solutions. Either the solution is we build you a dashboard that is updated on a set schedule. Or, often businesses find value in us partnering with them “beyond the numbers” so we are retained on a ‘fractional’ basis to support them and these agreements typically are for 90-180 days depending on the need.
-
The advantage of working with our team is we understand a vast array of businesses and industries and pride ourselves on learning new industries all the time. Our past clients have been everything from SaaS companies, to Insurance firms, to Non-Profits, to startups, to CPG companies. Nearly all our clients are between $2M to $50M in revenue per year and not looking at hiring someone full time but can gain tremendously by investing in advanced analytics support.
-
If a next step is warranted, we typically do a Discovery Project with a defined scope and outcomes. Often, we find internal software systems you use to have information that can be leveraged for more clarity and insight into your business. Our team does this all day, every day.
-
Our projects vary from client to client, but our goal is to make the investment have a clear ROI and positive impact on the future of your business.
